Story:- Young thief Titli dies in a road accident right after stealing a car. Its a simple open and shut case according to the police and a news report. Her mother, however, claims that Titli could neither drive nor steal and hence, pleads for justice. Her claim stirs some people and a Special Investigating Officer Tara is hired to dig deeper into the case. Tara conviction ends up opening the knot of a huge concealed conspiracy by the name of Black Rose.
