Story:- Rakesh shifts to another city for a new job. There he sees a sensuous neighbour Urvashi and starts stalking her. A femme fatale Urvashi also starts beckoning Rakesh. They both befriend each other and start flirting. One day, Urvashis husband Dinesh catches her red-handed with Rakesh on bed and in a fit of rage, Dinesh kills Rakesh. When Rakeshs girlfriend Sonia learns about it, she decides to avenge his death.
